"I’m not sure they like offering this service. Once we found it, we stood at the service desk/lobby for about 10 minutes. Then I finally asked a guy that watched us walk in (who seemed to work at the connected barbershop) for help. He then came over and took our bags. This left us wondering why he let us stand there for 10 minutes if he was working this desk? Other than that, good price for a useful service."
"The process from start to finish was easy. I made the reservation online and was able to bring my bags to be stored for a few hours while my friend and I walked around Boston until I had to take the train back to Philly. If they don't ask you to take a picture of your bags, make sure you do it so that you can show it to them when you go to pick them up. This is a great option if have some time between checking out an heading out."
