"Great department, but you need to screen your applicants for Mental Disorders. Your lives depend on it. Just warning you to you...David Dawson"

"02.22.2018. I just had an emergency where the nozzle on my stove broke off and left the burner on high where it was (tick tick tick) thank GOD i had a fire extinguhier to keep the burner from continuing yet the gas was still burning, house smelling like gas. This exact firehouse answers the call. Comes over, does nothin. Not gonna use the card of my race. But as far as professiianlism goes i gotta give these guys an F. I got no claim or reassurance from them that would validate what happened here to my landlord. I got no security in those that i tight would help most. I feel, hopeless. I'm sorry. Not happy. Terrible way to handle my situation, as my is covered in fire extinguisher soot, their best and final answer was get your landlord to replace it, its's shotty oven, gotta love Boston FD."
"Great people working here"
