"Mary the staff person who assisted me was patient and helpful locating my grandmother's burial site. She was able to confirm that my mother could be buried there with her mother. I was able to meet Mary when I recently visited the cemetery. She was as kind in person as she was on all the phone calls. The cemetery is also very well kept."
"I love this cemetery. It's near my home, and many of my relatives are buried here. Despite it being a place of grief, it's a beautiful property. There are many ornamental and shade trees, and there are a variety of species. Many of the trees need to be pruned and maintained, however. It's a lovely place to walk, bike, or take photos. Despite my adoration for this place, I do have a qualm with it. The man who locks the gates at closing time is very rude and doesn't do his job properly. On multiple occasions, I have double-checked the closing time, only to be locked in an hour beforehand. A few years ago, my mother and I were locked in before closing time and had to scale the wall along the back entrance. Other times, I've had to escape through holes in the fence because the closing time is so unpredictable. Whenever I interact with this employee, he is very rude and makes me feel as though my presence is inconveniencing him. This attitude is unacceptable, especially for a worker who interacts with grieving people. This problem has persisted for many years, and I've started visiting in the mornings, just to avoid this employee. Visiting my loved ones should be a peaceful experience, and this employee makes it a stressful endeavor."
"My husband worked there a good amount of time. When he passed this became his final home. Rusty was a true gentleman and came to his funeral on his vacation. The guys at the green house take very good care of his grave."
"Every staff at Cedar Glove is very friendly and nice. Mr. Rusty is one of them Really is a considerate gentleman. Since I live far away, at my request, every time Mr. Rusty places the potted plants I ordered and take the pictures send it to me. Im so touched and grateful for your kindness and consideration. Thank you, Mr. Rusty. Thank you, Cedar Grove. Jessica"
"I hate going here because I'm going to my fathers grave. He died when I was 13, so I've been going awhile. He is right by the chapel, use to be quite empty back then, but has filled up a lot in his area. Big mosholems. But it is well kept, water close by for planting and pretty serene. Just not my favorite place in the world to go."
