"Store manager is unprofessional and acts very rude, staff is slow, very unhelpful and unresponsive the only employee that did his job was a guy named Tim who should be the manager and not the cocky and arrogant store manager at this time. I spent over 500$ in the store today and as soon as they had my money they didn’t care to be informative or wanna help me set anything up on my phone that I was having issues wit. Do not use the southside location unless they refigure management… if you don’t like what I said here today and your employed at this location then do better be more like Tim and don’t be lazy when paying customers who make sure you get a paycheck and your company stays in business needs a little bit of help … treat your customers like people and not a number of how much can you make off a activation…"
