"Was not really happy for my overall experience bought some rings ands it just seems like other than the manager the staff in the jewelry department is not trained properly. Someone had signed that I had picked up my ring I hadn’t they were very disorganized I spent over 1000.00 on my jewelry so I am just a bit disappointed with how unorganized the staff was without management they would be lost made me feel like I should have went to Kay’s jewelry and I’m not like trying to bad mouth the store but I just felt the staff either didn’t care or wasn’t trained properly"

"As I approached the counter in the men's section by the entrance I saw the worker standing in the fitting room I guess that's what that was, on her phone, she finally came to assist me but didn't say ANYTHING to me, just walked up, took my receipt, didn't ask if I wanted to exchange it or return it, she just refunded my money and proceeded to greet the next customer. She didn't say a word to me, guess I didn't look a certain way to be talked to. :-( I've never experienced this type of customer service at JCPENNEY."

"Grabbed some socks for my son and me and the salon did the a great job on the wife's hair. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Just not fond of how the cashier's are being forced to push credit card offers."

"Nice store. Great service, but sad when you go to return items. Unless you have a pennys membership, you’ll only get ≈40% back of what you spent. My relative returned two dresses that cost about/right at $100, and they almost only got one dress’s worth of money back. Only got the full amount back when they realized my relative has a membership. I guess only make purchases you’re positive your going to keep, unless you’re either a member or just want to waste a good chunk of your money."

"Shopping was okay. Paying was an endurance contest. Only three departments had cashiers, and all lines were long. Historically, I've enjoyed JCPENNEY, and now it makes me sad."
