"My experience started well, great deal, easy reservation. Upon the day of the reservation, after finding out that my truck rental was later that the opening time; I was told that the doors close exactly at at 4pm. After telling them my situation, I was told, the doors close at 4pm...on a Saturday, during one of the biggest moving months. So I was lucky to change the rental time and after rushing to get packed and while enroute, my ETA would put me a little behind 4pm. I called and asked if they could stay open just a couple minutes longer and was told the doors close at 4pm. I asked if the associate could wat 10 extra minutes and was told, the doors closed at 4pm. When I told the associate, Joe, that I had to cancel...he seemed shocked. I informed him that I had a full truck, no other times worked and he said, but he then asked if there was something he could do to help. I told him to cancel the reservation, he then said he had to email his supervisor, whom I've heard nothing from. So, my experience with Prime Storage is a 1/10, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone...ever!"
