Boston City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., although many offices may close to the public at 4 or 4:30 p.m. We encourage you to plan your visit accordingly. For those driving, parking meters are operating on their regular schedules, and the tow lot is available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. For your convenience, automated kiosks are accessible 24/7 for vehicle releases.
