"I had the best experience here! Thank you so much for helping me!"
"Anthony in the mall location refused too tell me if they had 1 particular phone in stock before driving there wasting gas, because he said there are still bad people in the world that will rob him. Even though they LITERALLY have a prompt to check inventory, and even though he could verify that I do have an account with 3 upgrades available. If you were trying to leave early because it was 6 just say that. I even explained that I just wanted to purchase the phone, I didn't need any transfers. Terrible customer service"
"The first time I went to this location they were less than helpful, but this time, Anthony went beyond the call of duty and resolved my problem. Thank you, Anthony, so much. I finally got my phone unlocked."
"Store manager Navetta.. beware of this woman!!! Highly unprofessional, discriminating racist person I ever met. She was hanging outside the store with another store associate when I entered the store and clearly she walked in with an attitude as if I interrupted her ‘socializing time’. Since then very rudely she handled my case. I insisted that the new iPhone 14 pro max is not synced with T-Mobile e sim /network issue and I needed help with it. She kept on with her non expertise saying this new device is hard to sync & needs customer service rather store associates. I explained that customer service rep had asked me to visit store in order to fix the problem & she is steering me back & forth. I insisted at least she could hear me out & check the device physically. She flatly refused. Known of my employment status, She even gone overboard taunting me saying- ‘since you worked at other network provider so you are aware of the process, do it yourself!!’ Duhhh if other service network could help me with T-Mobile network service issue I would have gladly done it. However The other associate guy who was least trying to help but she took over the situation & ensured I’m not assisted at the store. I had no option but to walk out. Nonetheless 12+ yrs with Tmobile was worthless the way this black lady treated at the store. I mentioned of reporting her unprofessionalism, she smiled and said she can provide me with contact info to report her. Well I surely reported her! This lady is going to ruin a big TMobile customer base for sure in network area. With all my 10 lines I doubt I will ever recommend T-Mobile to anyone with such employee base. Refrain using this store for any services & rather look for T-Mobile in Tiger town Opelika."
"I had just moved to the US and went into T-Mobile with my partner to get a new sim. We were greeted by two employees, a pleasant lady and Mark. I was sold a package at an incorrect price and I only came to realize this when the debit order went through. I went back into the store and the lady I originally spoke to remembered out interaction, apologized, and confirmed that I was given incorrect information. I asked that the supervisor, Mark, give me a call back as I was surprised by the poor level of service I recieved. All I was expecting, was an apology. Instead, Mark, hostile and rude, calls me insisting that he never gave me incorrect information and that my partner, the lady at the store and I, all heard him incorrectly. This was certainly not the case, as I asked clarifying questions before confirming the plan. It's absolutely pathetic that T-Mobile thinks it's okay to sell people plans at incorrect prices and take no responsibility for it. It really makes me wonder if this is a new marketing scheme or sheer disregard for international customers?"
