"I have to say hands down. This is the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. The supervisor name shalanda covers for her male Carrier's. Who don't show up for almost 4 days without delivering mail know i had to report the carrier for holding my checks for over a week and today is Friday December 22,2023. They are disgusting people."

"What’s the point of having a phone number listed when they NEVER answer it? My friend’s been trying to determine the location of a very important package and cannot get in contact with anyone at this location. Absurd."

"When I had called just to get info on my package because I was being giving 3 different times for delivery and one of them being delivered but couldn’t and got attitude when proceeded to ask next steps for me and that I was just confused because Amazon had given a time then USPS gave two different ones and wanted to clarify that. Yes it was clarified but with attitude and I very much didn’t like that because not attitude was given. Thanks for the “Great” service."

"The carriers are the worst I called and complain about the mail not being put in the mail box it’s being put on the table the floor the stairs it only makes in the mail box some times I even I have sign up on the door and still nothing is being done I have cameras around my home now I gotta send them some footage of that the mail carrier is lieing and show them that she’s not doing what she say when I call and complain they don’t talk to you nice and it’s crazy because I was a letter carrier for 6 years in mattapan n Roxbury and I never treated or spoke to any customers like they way do here in Dorchester it’s sad we held our job with pride and respect when I was letter carrier we did things to help resolve the situation specially the elderly I’m really disappointed how it’s becoming been living at this house all my life and since they been having these new carriers there’s always a problem it’s not how it use to be"

"If I could give them a negative one star I would extremely bad customer service and package from here are ALWAYS DELAYED for days past the DUE delivery date sometimes weeks. DON'T call customer service depending on who you're talking to very rude/unprofessional. They will even hang up the phone on you. Long story short if you live in Dorchester, both dorchester post offices 554 Washington St, Dorchester Center, MA 02124, 450 Talbot Ave, Dorchester Center, MA 02124 are horrible. you're better off going with your ID going directly to the post office with your ID and picking up your package yourself."
