"Bostonians have clean stations and have good manners. It's very peaceful and safe when you're riding their trains. NY might want to go there and copy what they're do."
"Clean functioning train station. Helpful staff who were able to help me find my wallet and let me onto the train to go find it. (It had my T-pass and money so I had no way to get home) They also have an little convenience store/cafe inside near the Mattapan trolley entrance. Amazing coffee rolls. They're very big and the only thing that would make them better is to warm them up a bit. Good coffee too when the dunkins across the street either takes too long or is closed. (Currently is for construction.) I go here after hitting dunkins for a bigger and better donut for the same price as dunkins. Staff is regularly around and its well lit at night making people feel safe when you have to wait 45 min for your bus."
"I personally liked the old station better. After a huge renovation that took years, you still freeze your behind off while waiting for a bus or train. Update: there is a bathroom, but why is it hidden, are they afraid someone might clean it?"
