"Carol did a great job helping to me with my issue. The truck box had a bad smell after the last customer. And even though I did not rent a truck from this location, Carol still helped me with cleaning. As a owner of service business I much appreciate this level of help, even if it's not your problem "originally." P.S. Don't be hard on those guys in office. They are slammed during summer and especially when people are not responsible with returning trucks - it's hard"

"Very busy day . Madeline (Maddy?) was very friendly and professional. Multitasking- helped with the taking phone calls while assisting me (without slowing down my check out). Was very calm and efficient. Also - an employee was walking down the line helping people get checked in online through the app. Again, very patient and quite helpful"
