"The only ppl that work there are foreigners that Barely speak English Everyone in there are foreigners even security and their holding guns. I don’t understand it. How is this possible? I also feel like they’re selling peoples Social Security numbers To people in their country Somethings not right"
"Day 2 trying to get a hold of someone because I think my benefits were stolen (which like come on do better on security) but anyways I’ve called 20 times for 2 days and it keeps disconnecting me saying due to an extremely high call volume they can’t connect my call. It’s annoying and frustrating and unethical when people depend on these benefits to survive"
"Horrible, I've been on hold for over 40 minutes trying to change my pin for my EBT card. Mass DTA never sent me a DTA case number, which I need when enrolling my EBT card with a pin. Absolutely terrible. Now I can't access my EBT benefits because of their incompetency."
"The women yelled at me and wouldn't let me talk. I had questions about the things that were being said and what they ment. This women called me a name "fishy" Told me i would be denied when nothing has been processed yet and when i asked for a supervisor she hungup. I wish i got her name. But honestly she makes me want to die. This is soo unacceptable to treat someone who needs help and has questions. I gave no attitude back and she just kept hyping herself up and being extreamly aggressive. Its on her hands. Waited over and hour. This is soo unprofessional and not okay for anyones mental health. Update:thomas fixed my claim and actually listened to me and got me approved because i work at a school [not a teacher and make less than the average] and we are out for summer. He worked his magic and knolage to improvise and improve my experience x100 even if i got denied he took the time to explain what everything he said was and each step. Along with if they need anything else from me. Thank you Thomas!! PS THIS GOES TO SHOW THAT WORKERS FOR DTA CAN RIGG YOUR STUFF AND DENY YOU SO FAST ALL BECAUSE THEY HATE THEIR JOB. IT TAKES A GOOD ONE TO LISTEN AND ACCOMMODATE YOUR JOB AND $. Why couldn't that women help me? Awful awful do better"
"Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, going to the center is just as unhelpful - I had someone assist me with my RE-application (I'm disabled and have a 10 month old child now which somehow caused me to LOSE food stamps?) and somehow I don't qualify for EBT even though we're definitely under the max income for a 3 person household. There is no reason given for why my EBT amount is $0. I've left voicemails. Recently got a callback that I missed (bc babies require attention) and wasn't even given a NAME or a faster way to return the call. I have to keep. calling. back. I've been on hold for over 30 mins finally, but they'll probably close before answering my call. This country doesn't care about the poor, disabled, or children. Thank goodness for WIC, but a starving mother won't be around for long to feed her child."
