"Decent station. You unfortunately cannot transfer between green line branches here. You have to go all the way to Arlington (next stop) to do so."
"Yay Copley Station :D Underground green line stop. I like the glass entrances to the station and the one connected to the library. Pretty similar to prudential and symphony except it has all Green Line connections. 4/10"
"Worst customer service ever! Train disabled in Back Bay this morning and not 1 employee could give me the correction information on where to go to catch another train. They just say walk 3 blocks find the green line but if u never been on the green line you will have to figure out your train on your own. Employees are never to be found and when you find them they are on their phones and will literally walk away from a confused customer. Trains always late never on time always breakdown and make people late for work MBTA needs to do better especially for the cost we customers pay."
"The whole mbta system is a joke. Specially the green line. Two trains two days both broke down"
"Today, Tuesday, May 7, around 3 pm, I passed by the Copley station and asked one of the MBTA workers for help because my Youth Pass did not have the $30 that I had put into it last April. The employee in a very bad manner asked me to see my bank account with the excuse of seeing if it was true that I made that payment (even though I had shown him the invoice for that payment). He only insisted that that invoice was not mine and I think is disrespectfully . very unprofessional, He shouldn't be there."
