"Yay Prudential Station! :D Underground E line stop connected to the mall but otherwise not really interesting. All trains on one stop. Kinda dirty as well but that’s like standard MBTA. 4/10"
"80% of the people who get off at Prudential, do so because they forgot they were on the E line until it was too late. And then they have to pay again to reverse direction to get back to whichever greenline you meant to get on. On the plus side, the station is beautifully decrepit and would make an excellent set for a horror film."
"This station is in extremely Terrible Shape and neglected for many years. Getto feel. Cracks on the floor throughout the station, horribly peeling paint. MBTA keeps raising the fees, but don't care about maintaining their stations decently, esp this one which is in Boston Prime area, what is there direct resposibility. Photos speak for themselves!"
"Useful and convenient station when we visited Boston in the dead of winter. From the Sheraton Hotel where we were staying, we could easily reach the station via the Prudential Center mall, all in temperature controlled environment. From here, it was only a few stops to the historic parts of town. The ticket vending machines worked without problems and the trains arrived on time and frequently."
"There is only one branch (E) of the Green Line that stops here. This station is convenient for going to/from Prudential Center. The station's entrance connects directly to the Prudential."
