"Amazing and unique experience among observation decks!! Initially, I thought well, it's just another observation deck in a major city, hence, after taking in the Boston Skyline, I tried to exit through the elevators that I came up on from the 53rd floor, however, I was told that the exit is actually from the 51st floor and there are stairs to get to there. And good on them for telling me that!! There's an excellent outdoor deck on the 52nd floor where you can get the same majestic view, just without the feeling of being cooped in a small kind of space. And there's a beautiful exhibit right before the exit on the 51st floor, where you can see a replica of the Boston Skyline lit up and mirroring the transition from day to night, along with relevant videos as well!! To top off the experience, you can also scan your ticket at the end to get a customized Boston itinerary, depending on the number of days you're there. Overall, I'd highly recommend visiting here as it offers a completely unique and fulfilling experience among observation decks!!"
"It was okay, I gave it a 3 star for the ease of purchasing tickets and the beautiful views, however respectfully I wouldn’t go back. I am the type of person that the first impressions is everything. I brought my daughter for her birthday so we could enjoy the view while having drinks and some appetizers. We purchased the tickets ahead of time so we did not have to buy them at the kiosk. The person who greets at the entrance sounded like he didn’t want to be there. As we went upstairs the staff seemed down and unhappy we didn’t even want to ask questions. The atmosphere just felt unwelcoming, we decided to not even bother with purchasing any drinks or food, and drove a little over 4 hours to The Edge in NY where the atmosphere definitely felt welcoming and we decided to stay. Being born and raised in MA I always love to do things in the Boston area as it has so much beauty. However, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth."
"Truly best view of the city. Very well managed and entry was hassle free. Amazing views of the city and you will truly enjoy the time there. Great place to grab a bite or have drinks . Well stocked bar as well. I really had a very memorable and pleasant experience there with friends and family"
"The View Boston offers a phenomenal vantage point, arguably the best in the entire region, where you can see everything from Wrigley Field to downtown Cambridge and beyond. It's a full-fledged facility featuring restaurants, rooftop bars, multiple levels, a sky deck, and an array of exhibits and reality experiences. This place is much more than just an elevator ride to a view—it's a comprehensive experience. If your visit to Boston is limited, The View Boston is a must-see, providing a remarkable perspective and understanding of the city's layout and surrounding areas. I'd give it an 11 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
"A Visit to Remember at View Boston Stepping into View Boston at The Prudential feels like discovering a secret passageway above Boston's bustling streets. As you ascend to the observation deck, the city unfolds beneath you in a breathtaking panorama that stretches from the quaint cobblestones of the North End to the shimmering ripples of the Charles River. This spot isn't just about the view—it's a journey through Boston's heartbeat. The displays around the deck do a wonderful job of stitching together the city's rich tapestry of history and culture, making each landmark below not just a sight, but a story. The people who work at View Boston truly make the place shine. They're not just staff; they're like enthusiastic locals who can't wait to share their favorite bits of trivia about the skyline's storied buildings and hidden nooks. Their warmth turns a simple visit into a memorable encounter. There's something magical about watching the city light up as the sun sets, painting the buildings in hues of orange and pink, or seeing it come alive in the morning light. With a cozy cafe to tuck into, where you can sip on a warm cup of coffee while watching the hustle of the city from your quiet perch, the experience is both soothing and exhilarating. Ultimately, View Boston at The Prudential is more than an observation deck. It's a place where the city's soul is palpable and its stories are alive. It's a must-visit, whether you're a first-time tourist or a lifelong Bostonian looking to see your city in a whole new light."
