"Just went there to ask about the trash cart and recycle cart which I put online purchase 10 days ago. Rally helped me with all the questions that I have regarding to the trash tag and shipping details. She is very patient, I am glad that I went to the office because tried to call 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Hope that they could do better on answering the phones. Rally also help to get me another free carts because I have two units and when I purchased it, it has no carts with it at all."
