"We booked a one day tour that included Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon for $95 per person. As soon as everyone got on the bus, the tour guide started to collect the "service fee" $8 per person, plus whatever the tour you want to book on the bus. But he did not tell us that with the skywalk $25 ticket, you can't even take a picture on your own (no cell phone is allowed to take with you, you have to use their own photographer). There was no "service", when we got to grand canyon, the tour guide gave us the ticket, did not explain anything to us, such as where to get lunch, what are the three visit points are, how long we should spend time at each spot, we had to keep asking around, we were left on our own after receiving the tickets. So the $95 + $8 is really for the transportation. The total time we got to spend at grand canyon was 2.5 hours. We felt like it was a rip off. You are much better off to rent your own car or find other travel agency."

"We recently had a trip with them. We booked there Las Vegas 2 days trip ( Las Vegas day trip, Grand Canyon South rim tour and M. Chocolate factory and Botanical garden tour)from 10th June 2017- 12th June 2017. The cost of the trip was $238 means $ 119 for each person. They charged us for two persons and the third person goes free. When we reached Vegas the tour operator Raymond Lu told us that we have not paid anything regarding Grand Canyon so we need to pay another $ 120 for each person for Antelope Canyon trip because he was not informed by the tour agent regarding our visit to South rim of Grand canyon. He also said the amount $ 238 which we have paid to the tour agency it is the charge of hotel room(Lucky Dragon Hotel and Casino) and Bus that they are providing for the tour. He told us he is very busy so we need to decide whether we are going on a trip to Antelope canyon with him or we need to pay him his gratuity that is $24 ( for 3 of us) for 3 days and carry out our trip ourselves. What a great decision need to be made in a new place within a new country. I have always heard that Indian cheat people of other countries then what is this?????? Really shame on the part of a developed country with such things happening. When we tried to contact Tripedition people they just didn't receive our calls and a voice message was left nobody available. Wow!!! We kept ourselves cool and calm went with Raymond to Antelope Canyon by paying $360 +$72= $432. Thank you for such a wonderful treatment by your agency. My request to all the travelers taking help for visiting places in USA. You need to be very careful about your bookings with them and before starting make sure that whatever you have paid keep a solid confirmation receipt from them. Now let me tell you the charge of Lucky Dragon is $31.75 per night. So, we were there for two nights so it will be $ 73 approximately and another $ 70 for the bus because whole group has paid the total amount for the bus we were only a part of it. So, total ($238-[$73+$70=$143])= $95. This $95 where they have spend no clue. They are not paying me back and continuously telling me that $238 is the charge of Hotel and Bus. Please, don't become fool by there advertisements. They are a group of cheaters and be careful before booking with them."
