"Not once over the last 5 years has anyone answered the phone . It won't even ring , just say " due to hight call volume blah blah blah". Your taxes pay these people and they can't be bothered to pick up the phone"

"They move very slow I don’t get how they got seven people in one office but has 3 people waiting for almost 30 mins up . They really just clapping their hands laughing behind the glass just chilling mean while we got kids to feed and just want a replacement ."

Special appreciation for Lorraine, I believe this is her name, she is from Honduras and all the personnel in this office and Officers (Security Guards) were showing professional ethics with everyone who was coming inside to the building. The facility is so clean, organized and clean. Also, most of them are bilingual."
