"30 minute headways on the 28 because the first 28 I was supposed to connect to left 2 minutes early, the next 28 never showed up due to staffing problems and the one after that left without picking anybody up at the station. 4 mattapan trollies left while I was waiting for this useless transit system to do it's job."

"We were from out of town and took this into the city instead of driving in . Let me say as a word of advice to drive in further or go to the riverside stop off the green line instead. The train /trolly was very run down and the people riding it were kinda sketchy. Not to mention you still have to get off and transfer onto the next train on the red line. The only positive is that there is a lot of parking and it’s near a police station in cases there was going to be any funny business. We were visiting on a Sunday and I wish I had ventured further in . I was scared away by the possible lack of parking . But in hindsight I wish I had gone in further and not stopped at this station."
