"This place is a complete joke. I think only clowns work here. Like literal clowns with makeup and costumes on because that’s how it operates, like a damn circus. My packages always have a comfortable route from their destination towards Springfield. Then when it hits Boston, it turns into PINBALL will it go to Melrose post office, or revere, maybe Malden or Medford. Who knows?? Well I’ve had packages go to all these Location’s and sometimes back to Nashua then returned here. Back and forth. Madness. What the hell is wrong with all of you? Your machines should be top of the line with all the funding we have wasted on this. I have two that should been here by now. It’s really not that difficult to go from Boston to revere. Then my address. Apparently it is. Apparently it’s harder than calculus. I’m convinced there is a button someone pushes the wrong way each time to divert packages and they are laughing as they do it. Ohhh you want it today? Nope. Tomorrow. Maybe Saturday. This whole place should be bulldozed"
"The biggest group of idiots in any Federal entity and that is saying a great deal. I have had no less than six (6) packages re-routed all over several states and towns in less than 5 nonths despite those packages being properly labeled. Defund-privatize immediately!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would and I am not normally one to write bad reviews but omfg. I wish I was joking when I say this was hands down probably the worst customer service experience of my life. First off a person should not have to call over and over again to simply be connected to a person to speak to. Once someone picked up the phone on the other end I was not able to even iterate what my issue was before I was cut off and was simply dismissed. If the facility was on top of their work people wouldn't have to call about issues but alas they are unable to get their act together. Please do better and you will not have to deal with people on the other end of the phone."
"My certified letter was supposed to be delivered in CT on March 25th, it is still stuck somewhere in Boston and no one can answer why. No one answers the phone here either. This letter is a legal document and is very time sensitive, now it won't be delivered on time and will throw off the whole legal case. Edit to add, I filed a complaint. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are having the same issue, go file a complaint, that's the only way anything will ever get better"
