"What a beautifully designed, clean & calm place to visit! Truly a delightful environment in which to take care of an annoying matter, namely paying a parking ticket ... and THAT was entirely because of the PEOPLE that I encountered. First of all, each person that I encountered was so polite & PLEASANT! Each one was patiently attentive to my questions & concerns (you see I'm a recent transplant from Boston), eager to be helpful, and, in the end, proven to be quite capable! The transaction was efficiently executed, without my feeling rushed or disrespected ... & in record time! Who would DARE ask for more! Well done, folks!"

"Stopped by to renew my dogs license. The worker that assisted me was great. She informed me of the paperwork/documents I needed. I went home and returned with the info. The worker/clerk was very friendly (same person as before) and helpful. I felt as if she genuinely wanted to help me not just because it is her job. There were not many people there so it was an easy in and out for me. Town Hall is easy to find, open most days until 4:30p."

I feel so fortunate to have had Denise take care of the problem. I felt bad for her as she was all alone in the department. She was beyond helpful.
