"Good unit. Good building. However, expect rent increases shortly after you sign a contract. My rent increased 30% within first year and then again 24% on the second year. When I asked for a reduction in the monthly rent, they just extended my current rate for 3 months and then would increase it. I have adjusted my review to five stars after having a discussion with the District Manager."
