"Worst post office in MA. Always busy and the workers couldn’t care less about you and what you need. Generally rude and make rude remarks like “I don’t care” the line is annoying but I get that it’s busy. But they always have just one person working."

"Had a problem with my address picked up the order and gave me a hard time about it never coming call probably will be faster and be more helpful with the problem at hand. And I came to switch my address and they said no ID needed them all my mail was stopped as I was told wrong information. They need to start telling the correct information and not waste our time."

"One of the slowest post offices I’ve been to. This is the closest post office to me and it regularly has long lines reaching past the front entrance. I have consistently waited over 20 minutes just to drop off packages. There is only 1 person at the window accepting mail (there are 3 windows total) while the other is solely doing passport applications and won’t accept regular mail even when there is nobody in the “passport line”."

"Really REALLY busy post office, would be great if USPS would consider two agents at a time! This is ridiculous! No respect for customer’s time!! Zero stars if I could Update: nobody was at the desk for what felt like 5 minutes, once the guy comes out he tells me he can’t take my packages because the weight was not correct.. never had this issue before! If I ever get the weight wrong they just charge me."

"Had an appointment for 10:40am. I arrived at 10:20am the clerk told me to wait until my actual appointment time so I waited. Right at 10:43 someone calls me saying they don’t have a passport agent today to reschedule (AS I AM IN LINE) What a waste of my time. They could’ve called me 2hours prior to save myself time and a trip. Worse customer service."
