"This store's location said they do printing online but when I went to pick it up in store, they told me they didn't even though I was able to place the order through their local site. I told them that they should probably take the printing service down on the website as it would confuse other people and waste time. Then the manager said other people had done the same thing (so not sure why you would still list that as a service on your site?). I was a little annoyed by this but asked if they could help coordinate a refund because the printing cost me $15 but they said they couldn't do it locally and that I would have to call the UPS corporate store. It took me 30-40 mins to get to a customer service rep which was frustrating and inconvenient. The rep was nice and when I explained the issue she was also confused about the store listing the service on their site and not actually having it available. She mentioned she would take steps to take it down. It took a few weeks to get my refund but i had to call again. Overall very inconvenient and the store manager didn't seem to care that they caused this. I've had a few other experiences with this store which were similarly frustrating and beware their prices are higher than other UPS stores I've noticed (apparently local stores can choose their own pricing). Will definitely not be going back here even though the location is convenient for me."
"Please avoid going to this store. All you get is absolute rudeness with zero customer service! There is something wrong with the Asian girl behind the counter. Always looking for something to avoid a smooth transaction. Never going to this store again. I would rather drive another few miles and try to find a place that gives you a sense of belongingness."
"Do not waste your time going here, they will make it a difficult as possible. All i needed to do was ship an old phone back to Verizon. I came in with a QR code and an email saying go to ANY UPS store and you will be provided a box and shipping label. The guy made every customer to over to the self serve kiosk and scan their package to prove he had to help them and they couldn't do it themselves. After he finally brings me to the counter, he tells me i need a box and i need to come in with it. He doesn't care what the email says and won't show me what it's telling him, and he won't even try to sell me a box in store. I give in and ask to buy a box for the phone and he wants to charge me six bucks for a box the size of an iphone. The owner needs his franchise taken away. There's no effort being put in here. I went to another UPS store in Porter Square, and they didn't bat an eye when i brought them a naked phone and a QR code. Scanned the code, took the phone and inspected it, double-checked that i factory reset it, printed a label, and gave me my receipt. I never even saw what box they put it in. Thus was such a wide discrepancy between service experiences just an hour apart. Unbelievable. Thank you, Porter sq ups store."
"Overcharged. I specifically asked for the cheapest shipping method, and the woman gave me 3 day select. I asked again if that was the cheapest option, what about ground? And she said this was the cheapest option. Called their support hotline and they confirmed it should’ve been half the price. Need to call back during business hours to talk to finance about a refund. Employee # 189215 on 11/26/2023 lied to me and made me pay double the price. Will be filing a complaint."
"I went to this store to ship my bridal bouquet to get preserved. The lady at the desk had an issue with each customer, resulting in a very lengthy line. This should have been a red flag. Regardless, I boxed up my bouquet and paid for next day air service. It was a Sunday, so the package would not get picked up until Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday- totally fine. Tuesday rolls around and according to the tracking the package was never picked up by UPS. I called the store to locate the package, because at this point I just want my bouquet back. The people working at the store didn't answer the phone all morning and the voicemail box is full. I finally get through to them and they insist they don't have the box, told me to file a claim, and basically hung up on me. To my surprise, the box was picked up that evening and made it to the destination the next day! Obviously they had it and sent it out that evening. I understand that mistakes happen, but the rudeness and the lying is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust these people to mail my dirty socks, save yourself the headache and go to any other UPS store."
