"I just moved out of one of the big storage into a little one because your rates are going up too fast and they’re too high and other storages their rates don’t go up that fast and the only problem that I really have is the rates going up so fast and to high, and when I moved my stuff out of the big storage, there was mouse poop everywhere and I found a pregnant roach on one of my Tupperware. I’m hoping that it doesn’t happen to the little storage that I still have in there with y’all.and I had my stuff in your storage for two years. at the end of the day we’re still people I know business is business but if you don’t care about your people how do you supposed to really care about your business and keep business if you don’t care about us that keeps your business growing. I I’ve been dealing with storages for 18 years, keeping my stuff in storages thank you."
