"The owners of this building are extremely fraudulent. Our company Stealth Controls signed a 100,000 dollar contract to put new heating systems in the building, 12 Modine heaters at a cost of $8,500.00 to be exact. The contract was structured to be done in stages for example, $8,500.00 is due at the beginning of each heater installment so after a heater is installed and every aspect of the task is completed only then do we proceed to the next heater installation. Seems simple right? Well, after we installed the heater where we was told to install it by Mr Ali, (one of the owners) tried to imply that our contract said that we would wire the heater according to where we talked about and the existing electrical is located. After we installed the first heater there was no electrical power where he said there was power so he insisted that I run a wire from his main electrical panel (which is not up to code by the way) to the first heater that we installed. I told him that is not on the contract. Then I insisted that we get the local gas and electric company to come in so we could do a heat load assessment so we could insure that he has enough gas and electricity to power all twelve heaters properly. He declined and the reason why he declined because after we took a second look at the building the building envelope has major code violations. Then Mr. Ali goes on our website and leave a google review making people think he gave us $100,000 dollars when it was really only $8,500.00 which we did install. Let me just state I was going back and forth with Mr. Ali on this for weeks and our company do take some responsibility for the delays because I was mainly just trying to find a way to do the job when I should have declined it from the beginning because the building’s structure and the overall condition of the building is need of some serious repairs asap and if I was looking for a storage place or a business space to rent this location wouldn’t be an option. Please ask for a tour before considering storing your valuables there and take a look for yourself."
