"This whole entire population is terrible do yourself a favor if you already live in the southend stay there living near Roslindale anywhere near Dedham or in Roslindale is a nightmare you have the reps acting like they care when they actually set you up to fail they talk around in circles to make you think you owe something you don't they suspended my benefits for nothing after I gave them two letters that told them I'm no longer working and I haven't seen one pay since December last year it's killing me I have to depend on my family to help with cost if I didn't have section 8 housing I would be homeless they need to be investigated for real they are horrible. If we all get together and do something about it they need to be called out because they are refusing people that need there money start. Reporting this office"

"One of the representatives (I don't know her name) from the Roslindale social security office is the reason why my benefit payments were suspended! I moved to West Roxbury April 2nd then called Roslindale social security office on April 7th to change my address the lady said she would but she never did. I was told by social security administration that it'll take between 10 to 30 days to get my benefit payments back. I'm beyond angry and now have to rely on my family for money to help pay my rent, bills & other important stuff . AVOID the Roslindale office they are very unprofessional, Roxbury social security office is better."

"During the pandemic have had several phone conversations with at least 3 different employees regarding questions I had. Each employee was patient, understood, and provided answers. In one case they were able to correct an error in the system that had been a problem for us. Be prepared to wait but the waits to speak with someone were tolerable and today, I was lucky and didnt even have to wait on hold for any length of time. Grateful to dedicated public servants."
