"Irresponsible. I feel like comparing the workers at this post office to the Sloths in Zootopia. How incompetent the USPS in Canton have become. We live in 2024 yet the USPS in Canton operate like its the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Few days ago I wanted to mail a package. I have to ring the bell (are we in the same decade?) and wait 4 minutes for any employees to barge their way to the front desk. When someone finally came she told me the printers are down and I can’t send the package from this location. Unbelievable!"

"USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest."

"They keep losing my mail, unapologetically and unsurprisingly, given the disgraceful state of their front desk, which looks like a tornado stormed through it. The only reason it gets one star is because I could not leave a review otherwise. An absolute disappointment."

"A postal worker came to my house (super nice - the only reason for the two stars) to deliver my Disney MagicBands, but there was an extra $6 dollar and change charge for her to leave them with me. The only option was so pay in cash and I didn't have the exact amount to pay her. I returned to the post office a couple days later and the package was gone. I have received zero clarity on what happened, why there was an extra charge and why there is only an option to pay the postal worker in cash. How odd and disappointing for my children as they didn't have their magic bands for Disney. Thankfully, Disney customer service was better than the post office."
