"Don’t bother making verbal promises with these people. They dont keep their word. If the rep doesn’t “put it in the notes” it wont get done. Very disappointed, the extra space units in PA are much better. They tried to raise my unit price but i didn’t get the notice. I told them about my situation being homeless and not being able to move my stuff. Sounded like they cared but when i called again they had no recollection of anything because it wasn’t in the notes. They seem to lack empathy over there. Its sad but, I might just loose all my stuff next month. I had to beg friends just to afford it this month. People in rough situations, pick a different place."
