"The majority of the Spanish people working over there are very racist towards black people, and especially if you don’t feel like speaking Spanish, instead of servicing you they’d rather send you around in circles. They are very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and prompt to hang up the phone on your face for just simply asking questions they might have difficulties to answer in English. The last time I checked, I know as an American I am living in America, nobody has the right to either refuse service, ignore or give me an attitude for simply conducting my business in the English language. This is absolutely deplorable!"

"They shouldn't allow victims to sit next to defendants. They were supposed to waive my probation fees and they didnt. Very rude in all departments. Called today and the woman i spoke to just said you're maria capo whatever, and i gave her my name, and asked her to call me by my name and not maria capo whatever and she decided to hang up on me. Very very rude. If they want to be treated with respect, they should be treating others with respect. If they hate their job this much that they need to be rude to people calling in because of their mistakes theres legit no reason to be rude."

"Horrible service, I just got off the phone with the small claims department. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes until someone finally took my call. I explained that I had questions about my small claims case and she told me to wait a moment and then ended the phone call. I recalled later explaining what had happened and the reason why I was calling. The women was extremely rude giving me unnecessary attitude while I tried to be quick and polite with my questions knowing how valuable her time was. For such an important department the staff needs to seriously reevaluate their standards of service, I felt intimidated to ask questions."

"Busy place. Easy to lose yourself, especially the first time. It has a civil, juvenile, criminal probate and family, and housing court. It lacks a coffee shop. You are not permitted to bring in electronics such a cellular phone. There is also an excellent law library on the second floor rear, open to the public with excellent staff. As an attorney, they have been superb."
