"Booked a trip overseas with Nondia, and on the trip back the agent at the airport said I didn't have a ticket. I had to spend a night in the airport and spend a lot to book another emergency trip on my own. I did some research and saw my ticket wasn't even a valid ticket for the day of my travel. After months of going back and forth with Nondia, they refuse to compensate me with anything and insists it's the airlines fault. It's her job to book my ticket and she didn't want to take blame for her mistake. This company is very sketchy, avoid at all costs EDIT: All you need to see is her response. My expectations are simply to have a valid ticket on the trip I payed for. With Nondia, it's either your fault or the airline's fault if you don't get a ticket for the trip that they book for you."
