"I love the location Latasha is an outstanding person. Working with her to secure a unit for my mother was by far the best customer service I experienced in a long time. "If you see a big blond guy with a smiling, kind face and a terrific mustache behind the desk of the Extra Space Storage in Dedham at 24 Providence Highway you are in luck. That is Luke and he will take care of you. Sweet, professional and helpful, Luke goes the extra mile to make the interaction or transaction go smoothly. When Luke is not the one that answers the phone or is there to help? Not the best experience. I moved out of the unit today because next month my 7x10 would have jumped from $99/month to $177 something. When I signed up NO one told me it was an introductory rate. But when my CC didn’t go through one month due to no fault of my own? Luke handled it with no extra fees. When I locked my keys in the unit? Luke was there. And today he made me smile on the way out. So here’s hoping there can be more Luke’s around. Storage would be better for it. Extra space storage in Dedham on Providence highway sure is."
