"Long Built homes built us our new home completed for us in April 2024 The process was actually very easy on us and not stressful. If you are looking for a custom home maybe Long Built may not be your best choice. We were not looking for a custom home, what we were looking for was a beautiful home, built well, with many features we love and most importantly We wanted a home built well and built by a builder who backs up their build. And we definitely got that from Long Built. Every item we asked to be rectified no matter how big or small they addressed. They did not complain or make us feel like our items were foolish. They just fixed everything. Another piece is we found is the people we dealt with from long were wonderful. Scott in charge of the warranty dept is great!!!! The man is easy to reach and if you have an emergency he’s on it. Scott the electrician was also wonderful he recommended Long Built when we reached out prior to building. Scott was professional and cared. His electrical work is very clean. Matt Mederios was very skilled and helped immensely with putting our home selections together. Very easy to talk with and answers all the questions and boy I had a lot. Lastly they built us an all electric home the first they have built and so far it’s been a great home. The fact they were willing to tackle a project and a spec they haven’t tried yet and did it well speaks volumes Thank you Long Built. Keith and family!"

"We are very happy and love are new home from Long Built Homes. We had our own lot, talked with and met four different contractors only to be frustrated and discouraged with their process and timeline. I called Long Built, left a message and got a return call that same day from Matt. Matt met me on site, explained their process, showed me some plans of different houses and answered all my questions with no pressure. We looked at some model houses and decided to sign with them. We are so glad we did. Matt was awesome, helpful and patient. We were able to upgrade and get everything we dreamed about in our home, the quality is excellent. Bob Long reached out to me, we had some nice conversations and some laughs along the way, he is a nice guy and cares. Erin would give me weekly updates by email and get answers to any questions I had. She is spot on. The house was completed ahead of schedule and came out great. I had a nice conversation with Chris Long she is very thoughtful and kind. When the house was complete Evan the warranty Coordinator did a final walk through with me and explained everything in the house. After 60 Days Evan and Gordon and after 11 months Scott contacted me to set up a time for a final check, Gordon came by and took care of any small issues we had in the house, they are all very knowledgeable and awesome guy's. So if your looking for a builder don’t hesitate to choose Long Built Homes, they truly do what they say."

Their salesman, Matt explained every step from the beginning and his maintained transparency throughout the project with weekly progress emails and photos. The design process was simple and customizable with many high quality finishes and options to choose from. The warranty team has been amazing. Evan and Gordon are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of your home and they are always available. Even now, 15 months post closing, they are willing to go above and beyond. Everyone is super friendly and always accommodating, going out of their way to help in any way they can. Whenever we have questions or need assistance someone is there without exception. Bob and Christine Long have not only met our expectations, they have far exceeded them. We are pleased with every aspect of our new home and would proudly build with Long Built Homes again."
