After leading me to a room to get ready, they burst into the room WHILE I WAS CHANGING MY CLOTHES and even though they saw I was undressed, stood there talking to me and demanding cash upfront. "I HAD to put that star up. I had just completed a long drive from Florida to Massachusetts and was in dire need of a massage...on a Sunday! I called multiple places and this place agreed and said to come in twenty minutes. I was eager and arrived in ten minutes. I Knock on the door and attempt to let the masseuse know of my arrival. She had a client and told me to wait about 10 more minutes. I did just that and returned to the door again. Then she told me an hour! This was bad customer service that had me leaving with assumptions and a bad taste in my mouth. Thank God I found a place that was better accepting of my requests for service!"
