"This place was very strange - I went 9 months pregnant and after telling them I could only sit in the chairs they tried to upsell me to a massage that would require me to be on my stomach. They then insisted it was cash only so followed me to the ATM and hovered as I entered my pin. They then tried to haggle the tip. I had read a review that said that happened and couldn’t believe it but it happened. Made for a great story but will never go back."

"ISSUE WITH CONSENT: Weirdest massage experience ever. My fiancée and I booked an hour long couples massage and had a very unpleasant experience. To start off, my fiancée was halfway finished undressing when the woman just walked in. We told her multiple times to “hang on a second!” But she continued in saying “it’s okay, we are all women here”. My fiancée had to cover her chest and awkwardly get under the sheet. They don’t even walk in on you like that at a doctors office! So bizarre. The other masseuse showed up 10 mins late and didn’t even say a word before massaging my fiancée. Both masseuses pulled down our underwear without asking for consent. During the last 5 mins my masseuse was literally on all fours on my back… Didn’t even give a heads up she was going to do that! As we left we gave them our tip and were tip shamed for not giving enough….wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone."

"Got a 1hr couples massage and the whole experience was unpleasant. Upon arrival, there were no instructions, we were simply waved into a room and left alone until they came in and were upset we weren't undressed yet. I was expecting some sort of consultation beforehand. The massage itself was painful despite both of us saying we wanted a lighter touch. They pulled both of our underwear down without our consent and even commented negatively on my husband's underwear choice! After the massage, we offered them a tip via credit card and they shamed us for the amount, directly asked for more money, and then charged us tax on the tip amount! I'm still sore 2 days later."

"I do not recommend this place. Despite I can't define the massage techniques, We had set and appointment but at our arrival. Nobody was in the front desk, and then we waited for 30 minutes until Lei called and says he was in another location. (Woburn). Such a bad experience"
