"Lotus is outstanding and I thought she was giving me the massage. At first she did then I waited a long time in the room with no update why there was a delay? I then had her give me a nice relaxing massage. Then another interruption she's on the phone for 10 minutes while she massage me. Then after 10 minutes she brought up another masseuse Amy to help her out lol OMG. I spoke to Amy as I left at 5 o'clock told her this wasn't right. Lotus at the time was with another customer. If the owner checks this site if not imposing. I would like the choice of another massage or a refund? Nothing ventured nothing gained. I wanted a light massage and I don't think Amy understood she massage hard and my legs I wasn't happy either. I think my review of 2 stars is fair. I could give a 1 for the massage but her personality was very nice otherwise I wouldn't go back unfortunately."

"I have been coming here very recently for some work on my back and shoulders. I have a sedentary job at a large government office building downtown and I often work long hours staring at three computer monitors all day. Though I work from home as well due to COVID restrictions, I am required to be in my office two-three days per week. Many of my muscle pain issues have been located in my shoulder area and my upper back. I have seen a few of the therapists here and all of them have been absolutely magnificent! The staff here are highly trained in massage therapy and they provide excellent therapeutic massage. Lotus is the manager here and she is always very friendly, kind, courteous, helpful and has always greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. They offer a small variety of refreshments and snacks, including water after the massage. They also have fresh, clean hot towels and plenty of sanitizing instruments to ensure a safe and healthy massage experience. The therapists here follow strict COVID protocols at every level. The massage prices are very reasonable, too! I highly recommend South Shore Reflexology for all your therapeutic massage needs.
