"I put an order in like two weeks ago and it was supposed to be shipped in 3 to 4 days and then I go check a week later and they canceled my order. I’ve called them twice and ask about my order and the lady was just straight up rude.she said the person that does the online orders will be back next week, call next week ,so I called back the following week and ask about updates of my order and she goes you already called you have to wait till the guy comes in she was just completely rude, so then I went onto their website and found out they canceled my order. So I did another order and did a pick up instead. I did a pick up so It will be free within an hour to pick up. I walk in and the worker is on the phone with a friend and I was like I’m here for pick up and she got so mad like I was interrupting her time so she goes. Let me call you right back so rude so she could help me and then she had no idea what I was talking about, she’s like um we don’t do that here we don’t do online order. , I said you have to because that’s what it says on your website and you guys took my order and my money and she continues to say that and she was like let me call somebody and she’s just straight rude about my order the lady she calls asks for my information my order number to find out they don’t have the hair that I wanted but on the website it said it was in stock, they didn’t have the hair at all they barely have anything just locs. She was straight rude. . Nothing I could do for you I could cancel the order for you I was like yeah just cancel it. I’ll just go to a different place because you guys are not helpful at all , do not waste your money over there go to beauty supply in Lynn. They are the best."

The woman who owned the shop was professional, helpful, and made the process super easy and the wigs are SUPER AFFORDABLE!! "They say they open at 9:00 but they're never there at 9:00 I just sat out there for 20 minutes waiting for them to open. I think they're under new ownership so I'm going to go take my business to Union Street good luck to your new owners who can't even open up the business on time but want to be successful I was on my way to spend about $300 but after waiting 20 minutes I'll just go take a ride down the street"

"Unfortunately a one star is not even deserved . I have shopped at pearls for over 20 years the previous owners were gems. The new owners are unprofessional rude unwilling to give assistance. They have lost a long time loyal customer. The woman’s demeanor seemed as she did not want to help very unprofessional tone and attitude. It is unfortunate wish I could support."
