"I Called and asked if I could come in for a trim same day. I also mentioned I already washed my hair. They said yes. I got stuck in traffic so I called and asked if it’s ok I’ll be 20mins late. They agreed only for me to walk in there and they looked angry. I offered to come another day but she told me to wait. Waited almost 45mins which was fine with me. Some lady comes in brushes my hair and makes a straight cut hardly cutting any ends off and had the nerve to tell me it’s $60 I asked $60 for what. They proceed to talk amongst themselves in Spanish and the guy in perfect English goes “that’s the price”. I didn’t want to argue I gave them $40 and left. “JUST A RULE FOR BUSINESS TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO TRIM MY HAIR YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID SO.” Keep in mind I’ve gone to this place three times since moving here for a wash and blow dry they always charge me according to the mood they are in. I’ve never complained but that was my boiling point"

"Absolutely LOVED this place. I went there for the first time i received a pedicure and dipped powder manicure. Both last near 3 weeks WITHOUT chipping. Janis did my nails for me. She took her time and did an AWSOME job. They gave me tea as I was getting my pedicure done. I loved the hospitality. No complaints."

"I'd love to support this lovely lady's business. However, I have not yet seen sterilized equipment and I have concerns about the skills of her nail technicians. Lastly, she offered me skin lightening cream... I won't be going back."

"So my daughter and I went to this beautiful nail salon but I literally had to wait until she was finished needless to say I left with out getting my pedicure my daughter was please but she is only 8 she was somewhat frustrated that the nail tech didn't speak English just saying beautiful salon but while I waited the owner sat at the desk doing absolutely nothing when she could have taken me just saying I was very please two stars is being very generous! Will I return probably never will I promote this salon absolutely not!"
