Sean came back to button up a few minor items, which showed he is a Man of his Word. "We had our roof re-shingled over on 1/9/2023. They were on time and finished the roof very quickly which we greatly appreciated. The only problem is they left two of their own trash barrels, filled with trash from the job, mostly the old shingles, etc. They also used our "one" recycling bin for their trash and one of our trash cans that was in the back yard with our stuff in it that wasn't trash. My boyfriend called and has left several messages asking them to come back and get their trash from the job. Here in Westport, MA we do not have trash pickup. We need to pay for that service, and they won't take these shingles.This is a huge inconvenience, and you would think they would want their barrels back. Very unprofessional and rude not to come back nor return our phone calls. They are simply ignoring us as this point!! We also found out they didn't pull a permit to do the job. I do not understand why they would do this. We paid them cash half before the job and half after the job. We shouldn't have paid them the other half until they came back to clean up their mess! Very upsetting and disgusted with this company!!!!! They should make this right and come back to our home to take their trash! John R. & Tracey L."
