"Stay away from this company. I called and left a message on their voice mail, and someone called me back a couple of days later. We discussed the scope of the job and I made an appointment with the owner (Jamie) to meet next Monday at 8:00 AM at the job site for the walk through. I sent an email to several people letting them know that I had made the appointment, and I added the meeting to my calendar as I always do. I also put an alarm to my phone to remind me to leave 2 hours early from Boston to meet him in New Bedford (just to make sure that I didn't get there late with traffic). I was there 45 minutes early but that was OK, I got some coffee and I walked over to the job site. At 8:15 I called his office asking them if he was on his way (since he was late), and they told me that "He thought that the appointment was at 10 AM. I explained to them that I was certain that it was at 8:00 and they told me that they will call him to ask him if he can make it there a little earlier. They called me back a few minutes later and told me that "Jamie says he doesn't want to meet with you anymore". I told her that I was going to wait if that helped, but she said to me that Jamie was not interested to do the job. They are extremely unprofessional, and I would not do any business with them. I called the BBB in the area and reported my experience, and also spoke to my real estate agent who was sending business his way and they told me that they will black-list him. I also called my commercial lender and told them about my experience and they told me that they will also keep it in mind for any future dealings with them."
