"Update: June 2023: RESOLUTION REACHED! My previous review of this company was a 1 star. I am pleased to say I can now give them a 5 star rating. I can say I am now pleased with my patio. After seeing the photos and several prescripted corrections, it was determined that the patio needed to be removed and re-done. The decision was made to wait until the weather was a bit more stable. The day of my appointment the crew showed up on time and removed the area of the patio that we had discussed and by that evening everything was complete. The patio was now completely level and after the last majoring we had no standing water. I can definitely say to give him a chance, Ryan did stand behind coming back out with no problems. He even told me that if there were problems in the future to be sure to let him know. I left my previous review below just so you would know that this has been resolved. WARNING: BUYER BEWARE: we had SouthCoast Sealcoating and Concrete of Swansea,MA do our stamped Concrete patio, about two weeks ago. Looked great and we were happy until it rained. Well we got standing water in one corner. We contacted Ryan Carvehlo (owner) about our problem. Twice he said he'd be out. We had a delivery coming and I told him I couldn't hold them off any longer. I was frustrated and told him not to come, because it was going to be after the delivery. Well after this past weekend rain I reached out to him twice for a solution. No response, not even a text. I usually don't like to complain about small business because they are the fabric of our country, but when you lie and don't stand behind your work, then I'm going to tell everyone I know so they don't get the shortend of the stick. So now off to find someone to correct the problem."

"I can't say enough good things about Southcoast! They showed up when they said they would, their foreman explained what the schedule would be, why it had to be that way, and stuck to it 100 percent. We were the first patio of the season and it was like they never took a break. The process and crew moved like a well oiled machine. "Absolutely terrible. Within a few months of my stamped patio installation the sealer began to peel and take the color. Many text messages and emails have been sent and never responded to."

"This company put in a stamped concrete pad around my pool along with pool coping. They used the wrong stamp, cracks and pit holes developed within days of pour. The owner told me that he would come out and fix. He strung me on for months. The issues have not been fixed and owner stopped communicating with me. I would not recommend this company for any concrete work. Stay away from this company."
