"I really wanted to love Skin Therapy — this was my first time here & I was hoping to find a new spot to go regularly for facials and massages. I will say, both the services themselves were great! Both Kelly (facial) & Mien (massage) were excellent, friendly & customized my treatments to my skin / body. However, about halfway through my facial and throughout my entire massage, I could clearly hear every single word being spoken in the lobby. The conversations were very loud, at times with raised voices from excitement. This wasn’t the atmosphere of a relaxing spa and it truly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my services. I’m pretty sure Mien even turned up the volume of the music in the room during my massage at one point since the voices were so loud. When I left, it was clear that the women were just hanging out, chatting. I booked these services to treat myself & have a relaxing day. Ultimately, I couldn’t relax and truly enjoy my services. It was ultimately disappointing and not what I would expect from a spa."

"I love this place! I am I the process of going off acne medicine and wanted to be proactive about preventing acne and aging. I see Katie and she really is magical. The whole experience from start to finish is so relaxing and I always feel so refreshed leaving there. I look forward to my monthly appointments and can see a big difference already in my skin. It’s also reasonably priced for the quality of care you get. I’ve been to a few other facial spots and this is by far my favorite place. Highly recommend!!"
