"I didn’t have a good experience at the salon. I worked with Nicole, she is hard working but had a hard time understanding what I was looking to achieve. I was looking for bolder face framing highlights and less brassy hair color. Since my hair were predyed, they should have told me to wait if it was harder to achieve the hair color I was looking for. I wouldn’t recommend the salon but it might work for other people."

"Wonderful salon. Nicole is a fabulous stylist. I’m only giving this review because during a family emergency (father diagnosed with terminal cancer) I had to cancel my appointment. I called the day before and they charged me $250. I understand that there is a cancellation policy, but they should know that this is how they will lose customers."

"Don’t go to Emily. I went to another woman who no longer works there, but I box dyed my hair way too light on top and need it corrected. She even asked me to come a day earlier than I had scheduled, which was fine. Emily told me the only way to correct it was to dye it to match the bottom, which was insanely dark. Fine. She hastily slapped black hair dye on my top hair (no foils) and ALL over my forehead, which she didn’t wipe until the end, and a week later, the black dye is still on my forehead. She was managing another client, a contractor, and in the middle of my dye session, she sat next to me and gave herself a blowout. I was not going to pay for a blowout, so she didn’t even brush my hair, so I left looking right out of the shower. She charged me $190, plus I gave her $50 tip. Stay away."

"Blending queens!!! I booked my first time (full balayage and haircut) here with Erica. First impression: the salon is beautiful. It’s clean, modern, and smells great! The energy here is really positive. All the hairdressers, assistants, front staff converse with each other and makes the salon feel cozier and homey. The chair was very comfortable even after 4+ hours of sitting for service. Erica started off with a consultation at the beginning of the appointment, asking me what I would like and history of my hair. After that- all was just 5 stars smooth sailing. From the coloring to the cut, she was able to deliver what I wanted with her professional experience. She nailed the tone I wanted for the fall season and her hair cut skills are *chef’s kiss*!! "My first time at this salon and I was very impressed. Morgan was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She is so friendly and helpful especially since I didn’t go in with much direction for what I wanted done with my hair except shorter and she gave me such a stylish haircut. I love it!! I can’t tell you how many compliments I have gotten on it too. I highly recommend this salon and Morgan. Absolutely Fabulous!!!"
