"Went to tabitha to get my hair braided and also get my daughters hair braided, they were very accommodating with my daughter throughout her little tantrums( kids are a handful), the ladies were very nice and took their time with my daughters hair and did an amazing job, they also did exactly as I showed them in the picture for my hair, but the most important thing was how light Tabitha’s hands are when she is braiding, I will definitely be coming back here with my daughter and wife."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My whole day was ruined and I felt extremely aggravated throughout my day, dealing with this braiding salon. I am only giving this braiding salon a 1 star because the ladies in the salon were extremely friendly and sweet, otherwise I would rate 0 if I could. I had an appointment for 10am, that I was I unable to make it to. I called Tabitha and asked her if I could reschedule and her response was “why?”. I told her that I didn’t have enough time to wash my hair before the appointment time. She said it was okay because I can get my hair washed at the salon. When I arrive at the salon, they tell me it’s $20 for me to get my hair washed and blow dryed. I told her that I was unaware of the charge, and if I had known I wouldn’t have agreed to get my hair washed at the salon, and washed it myself for free. I told them I would go home to wash my hair and come back, but they said they would wash it for free. When the lady washed my hair, she did HORRIBLY. She only scrubbed it once and my scalp was still itchy afterward. When the braider looked at my hair, she determined it wasn’t clean and took me back to the sink, but only rinsed my hair with more water. When attempting to blow dry my hair, she put no product and tried doing it with a wide tooth comb, it hurt and I indicated for her to stop. Again, I told them that I would go home to wash my hair and come back because they clearly did not know how to properly wash and blow dry hair. The washer says “you are still going to have to pay the $20”. I told her I am not paying the $20 because I was already told that it would get washed for free, after I already offered to go home and come back in the first place. On top of that, she she didn’t deserve $20 with the half wash and no blow dry. I ended up leaving to wash/blow dry my hair and came back. I showed Tabitha a picture of the hair style I wanted, and she originally charged me $220. Once the braids were finished she charged me $250. I will NEVER be back. Additionally, they DO NOT sterilize they’re combs and other hair tools in between each client, which is extremely unsanitary and dirty. Lastly, I asked for medium size braids and got extra small."

"Excellent customer service. My braids were so clean and done professionally. Parting was great and Tabitha took her time with a design I wanted. I can’t wait to come back for my next style. Oh and they have an amazing book with a lot of pictures to select from. The search is over ladies. And even guys can come and get straight backs or designs. I am very impressed. 5 stars!!"

"When she was doing my hair her hands felt very light and delicate. Tabitha really is good at what she does. I would come back here again to get my hair done. Very nice respectful women with great customer service skills."
