"Since under new ownership this place has gone down hill. They give you a massage with a little towel. It was freezing & the train doesn’t make it relaxing. Also paying upfront is very odd."
"I went to this establishment today and my appointment was for 2 PM. They didn’t initially know that I was due to come in so they were calling around to See if my appointment was for 2pm after I had already spoke with someone and specifically told them what I wanted and what time I was coming. They then tried to up charge me so my service that I was going to get was going to be $70 , they say to me on top of the $70 you also have to leave a $20 tip so I said Normally you don’t leave a tip before your service you do that afterwards but they requested that I leave a $20 tip before I received my service which I was not willing to do. Please be aware do not go here. They will try and up charge you if you want one thing they will ask if you want something more expensive numerous times and ask for a tip before the service is completed. There seems to be run by a new company. Fair to say, I went elsewhere and found a great spot. They lost a customer. Rude and unprofessional"
"This place was blue ocean reflexology, now it's called daisy body massage. I got a massage by the owner, Edga, and it was terrible. Her cell phone kept ringing, and she kept leaving to answer it while giving me a massage. The massage was so unorganized: no flow or routine to it. I kept asking for her to focus on my lower back, and she kept doing her own thing. Smh. The worst part was that she ended my massage early by 10 mins, and I had to pay before the massage and not after. Definitely would not refer anyone to this place."
"Great massage done; however, the prices advertised were not correct. When I got to pay, there was an additional $10 surcharge, and then an additional $5 on my card on top of it ? For I don’t know what. What was supposed to be $50 became $65. No big deal. I tipped 18%, which would have been more than 20% on the original price. The woman at the front desk chased me down and demanded I tip $15 dollars on the massage, before it had even been performed. Extremely unprofessional. I had my own cash I was planning to tip the masseuse myself with because I assumed that’s how it was done, but when my card tip wasn’t sufficient enough, decided against tipping additionally because of how unprofessional this was handled. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to do something like that."
"I’ll be honest, I would have probably rated this a little higher if they actually stayed with their advertised prices. I called, confirm what I needed and what it would cost. When I arrived, I repeated what I needed and what it would cost. At paying their was a $10 surcharge. Honestly it wasn’t about the $10 it was more of you told me the price, we confirmed and you still try to charge me more. As the owner if you want to prevent this, update your prices online and the pamphlets inside. About the massage: the massage man, was strong, with some sense, however very little art/accuracy . I mentioned to him various times that it was too much pressure and he would just says that he knows. I will say that 3/4 of my body feel better but the last quarter which I had initially come for was not the best. However, I still tipped him even though he kept burping and randomly farting. This was fine as a bandaid if you are in lots of pain and need a quick muscle pain release, but I would not recommend this as a regular place. I see two people regularly in the Boston area, but this was short notice… again, save your money and go somewhere else if possible."
