"I was highly recommended to Sharon Comma at Muffen's salon, and I was also highly disappointed. After only 5 visits, my beautiful, healthy hair fell out, and is completely damaged. I informed Sharon about products that do not work well on my hair, she used them anyhow. She gave me back to back relaxers (after not applying the first relaxer properly), and refused to take accountability for how her poor choices, and lack of hair care professionalism played a huge part in my hair currently being damaged. I had a conversation with her, in which she said she wanted to make it right, however, I've yet to hear back from her. If you do choose to spend your money at Muffen's International Salon, I suggest you don't choose Sharon Comma to do your hair. Especially not if you love the hair you currently have. In addition, I don't mind paying for excellent service, but Ms. Comma is way too overpriced for the underwhelming service she delivers."
