"I have been here twice and both experiences were a disappointment. The first time the masseuse Yuri arrived over 20 minutes late. The massage was average. When I went to pay Yuri made me feel very uncomfortable by insisting that I tip at least 20% according to a yellow post it note. I decided to give this place a second chance by trying a different masseuse. The second time I arrived there was nobody in the reception area for 15 minutes and my massage again started 20-25 minutes late this time by Lily. The massage was not that great. The facility is not modern and on both occasions I was unable to get a printed receipt."
