"I booked a 10am appointment a couple days earlier. The morning of I called in and was told to arrive at 10:30, which I did, on the nose. There were still two people ahead of me on the couch so I had to wait an additional 3 hours. Couches were dirty with crumbs too. At this point the daughter of the owner has arrived and finished eating lunch and sat me down to take a look at my hair. She didn't ask me what I wanted, and didn't speak any English. I'd mentioned I wanted twists when I called in so that's what she started doing. No question about size or if I wanted extensions. She told me to come back next month when my hair was longer, nevermind I had braids done two months ago. I decided I was done and left, never to return. I did read 50% of a book while there so it wasn't completely a waste."
