"Absolutely worth driving from Worcester to go here instead of the Worcester office, and will probably be faster even with the drive time. Our wait time was estimated as 45 minutes, we took a walk around the beautiful grounds for 20 minutes and came back and they had already called our number! The building can be a little hard to locate, but there's a lot of signage and plenty of parking. Very polite staff, even to rude and threatening customers."
"The two times I have been there I have had helpful staff! Today the young lady who helped me was very patient and thorough. She was knowledgeable and and answered all my questions and resolved my issue. I waited about 45 minutes both times but it didn't bother me, I brought stuff to keep me busy. The building is very difficult to find and did not show up in either my GPS or Google maps correctly. If you go, try to find the building with the long ramp, there are some small signs, but it depends on the way you enter the maze AKA parking out whether you will see them or not."
