"What a horrible company that could care less. I requested 5 days of backup care for my father weeks in advance to cover Thursday to Monday of Labor Day weekend. An hour before the first shift (on a week day when I had to work), I get a call saying the caregiver cannot make it. The next day, I was notified that the caregiver would not be showing for any of the requested shifts and that no replacement would be provided."
